On arrival, after collecting you baggage, please proceed to the exit
door, where you will be met by our driver who will transfer you by
private coach to the 2 star, tourist class Ibis Hotel Hauptbahnhof (www.ibis.com)
As the name implies, the hotel is adjacent to the main rail station,
where the journey time to Messe Dusseldorf is only 15 minutes. The
famous Old Town( Altstadt) and Konigsallee are a short walk away.
Accommodation is reserved in twin bed or single rooms, with buffet
breakfast.
Holders of fair entrance tickets, which are included in the tour cost,
are allowed free travel on the local transport system for the duration
of the fair.
We are pleased to advise that this hotel may be interchanged with our
British Airways package on Tour 2. Costs on application.

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R3200.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.
N.B. No refunds
given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers
| Bookings close on the 20th January 2010. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a non refundable deposit of R3000 is received by Trade Fair Travel. |
Exchange Rates prevailing at 10th June 2009, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
