On arrival at Dusseldorf airport you will be collected by our coach driver and transferred to the 2 star tourist class Ibis Hotel Zentrum. This Ibis hotel offers an early/late-riser breakfast, a free internet terminal, a 24-hour bar and secure, underground parking. It is just 200 metres from Düsseldorf’s main train station and the city centre. All rooms at the Ibis Düsseldorf Zentrum have a TV, private bathroom and work desk. Each morning, a freshly prepared breakfast buffet is available between 04:00 and 12:00. The hotel bar is open at all times of the day and night. From the main train station, guests can catch regional trains as well as public transport services. This includes 7 underground lines and 5 tram lines.
 The fair entrance ticket which is included in the tour cost can be used for free travel on all Dusseldorf transport network

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R4000.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

 
N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers
 Bookings close on the 21th January 2012. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a non refundable deposit of R3000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 10th October 2011, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
