On arrival, after collecting your baggage, please proceed to the exit where your coach driver will be waiting to transfer you to the 3 star+ Tryp Hotel, Oberhausen ( www.solmelia.com ) The hotel is located in the largest shopping center in Europe called "CentrO" , in the town of Oberhausen. The Metro station is only a 2 minute walk away, and then 20 minute by rail to Dusseldorf fairground.
The hotel features 210 rooms and all are equipped with direct dial telephones, radio, satellite TV, modem connections. There is a Spanish Style restaurant " Bodega de Sol" serving Spanish and International Cuisine.
Your fairground entrance ticket can can be used for free travel on the local rail system for the duration of the fair (Entrance ticket not included in tour cost)
Buffet breakfast is included in the cost of this package

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R2700.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

| Bookings close on the 22nd July 2010. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel. |
Exchange Rates prevailing at 30th
March 2010, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
