On arrival at Dusseldorf airport, after collecting your baggage, you will be met by your coach driver and transferred to the first class Hotelship Rigoletto. (www.giljamrivercruises.com)  This elegant, refurbished vessel will be moored at the fairgrounds. The vessel’s interior is decorated in wood and brass furnishings and it’s comfortable furniture offers an inviting atmosphere. Each cabin is approximately 12 sqm and is fully equipped with bathroom, hair dryers, radio, television air conditioning controls and safes.

Buffet breakfast is included in the cost of this package

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R2700.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

  • Passengers wishing to extend their stay in Germany may do so on payment of R500.00
  • Passengers wishing to travel on to London or other cities may do so on payment of the appropriate additional fare.

 
The 3 day fairground entrance ticket of R1350 is not included but will order on your behalf and add cost to your final invoice - Please advise if required.
N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers
 Bookings close on the 30th March 2010. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 11th February 2010, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
