On arrival in Dusseldorf, after collecting your baggage please proceed to the exit door were your coach driver will meet you and take you to the private coach for your transfer to the Hotelship Princess Juliana.  ( www.rivercruise-line.eu ) This luxury 95 meter, 138 cabin vessel will be moored  in central Dusseldorf (exact location to be advised). A free shuttle to and from the fair grounds will be provided each day. Should you wish to make your own way to the fairgrounds or return early, you may use your fair entrance ticket, included in the cost of the tour, for free travel on the Dusseldorf transport system.
Buffet breakfast is provided each day.

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R2700.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers
 Bookings close on the 25th September 2010. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 4th May 2010, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
