On arrival, and after clearing customs, you will be met by your coach driver and transferred to the 3 star Concorde Hotel Berlin (www.concordehotel-berlin.de) where accommodation in either shared twin bedded or single rooms have been booked for 4 nights. Buffet breakfast will be provided. The hotel is in the centre of Hannover, only 500m from the Main rail station (Hauptbahnhof). This means that within 15 minutes you will be at the fairgrounds only 10kms away. All rooms have bath or shower, wc, hairdryer, colour TV, Pay TV, direct dial telephones, W-LAN, room safe and minbar. Included in the tour cost is the fairground entrance ticket. This ticket also allows free travel on all Hannover transport systems for the duration of the fair.

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R3100.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

Passengers wishing to extend their stay may do so at an additional R500. Passengers wishing to travel to London or other cities may do so on payment of additional fare.

N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers

Bookings close on the 3rd April 2009. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R200 per reservation. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 10 October 2008, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
