On arrival, after collecting your baggage, please proceed to the exit where our driver will transfer you to the Superior Tourist class Ibis Hotel Muenchen City( www.accor.com). This 200 roomed hotel was renovated in 2011 and is located in the city centre, 300m to the main station ( Hauptbahnhof) and is close to Marienplatz Square. The fairgrounds  (Messe) can be reached by a direct train in 20 minutes. Please note that although we have included the cost of a 6 day fair entrance ticket, unlike previous IBA fairs, this will NOT allow free rail travel.

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R4200.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

  N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers

Bookings close on the 10 March 2012. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will be offered at the cheapest economy class available, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a non refundable deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 14 November 2011, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
