After collecting your baggage please proceed to the arrivals gate where you will be met by our coach driver. He will transfer you to the 1^st class Hotelship River Duchess. (www.uniworld.com/destinations/ships) This lavishly appointed vessel was built in 2003 and refurbished in 2009. The vessel was voted by “Conde Nast Travellers Readers poll as Top Small cruise ship in 2010.

The cabins offer flat screen tv’s, DVD players, fridges direct dial telephones and safes.

Buffet breakfast is provided, as is a shuttle service to and from the fairgrounds. Should you wish to travel independently, then your fair ground entrance ticket can be used for free travel on the Municipal transport system.

The vessel will be moored in the vicinity of the “Alstadt”, although the exact mooring place will only be known a few weeks before the fair starts

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R3100.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

Bookings close on the 25th October 2010. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a deposit of R2000 per person is received by Trade Fair Travel.
