On arrival at Frankfurt airport, after collecting your baggage you will be met by your coach driver who will transfer you to the Hotel Continental, Baseler Strasse 56 (www.hotelcontifrankfurt.de)

This 83 roomed, 3 star hotel is located in Frankfurt city centre, only100m from the main station ( Hauptbahnhof). From here a 4 minute rail journey, or a 10 minute walk around the corner will get you to the fairgrounds ( Messe).

Accommodation is provided in either shared twins or single rooms with breakfast daily.

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R3100.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

  • Passengers wishing to extend their stay in Germany, or return from a different city may do so, subject to availability, and subject to appropriate additional fares and taxes.
N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers
 Bookings close on the 03rd October 2008. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a non refundable deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 01st September 2008, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
