On arrival at Hannover airport, after collecting your baggage, please proceed to the exit door where you will be met by our coach driver. He will transfer you to the 4 star Novotel Hannover, Podbielskistrasse 21/23. Hannover ( www.accorhotels.com)  This 206 roomed modern hotel is located 50m from the next underground station “Lister Platz”. The journey time to Hannover Messe is only 25 minutes, with one change at Hannover Main station. Travel time to the centre of Hannover takes 3 minutes.

Your fairground entrance ticket allows free travel on the Hannover transport system. At the time of planning this tour, the cost of the entrance ticket was not known, and is not included in the tour cost. Should you wish us to order the entrance ticket when the cost is known and add to the final invoice, we will be pleased to do so.

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R4200.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

  • Special reduced domestic add on fares available from certain South Africa cities. Details on application.
  • Passengers wishing to extend their stay in Germany, or return from a different city may do so, subject to availability, and subject to appropriate additional fares and taxes.
The fairground entrance ticket is not included but will order on your behalf and add cost to your final invoice - Please advise if required.
N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers
 Bookings close on the 23rd June 2012. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a non refundable deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 06th January 2012, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
