On arrival at Hannover after collecting your baggage, proceed to the exit where you will be met by our driver and transferred to the 3 star CityHotel Konigstrasse www.smartcityhotels.com ( formerly the Concorde Hotel Berlin). This popular hotel is located behind Hannover Main rail station ( Hauptbahnhof) , which gives a quick and direct rail link into Hannover Messe, 7 kms away, and is reached in 15 minutes.

The hotel offers 82 rooms all with private facilities, sh/wc/direct dail telephones. Within a 10 minute walk from the hotel there are a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, as well as discotheques. A buffet breakfast will be provided daily.

ue to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R2700.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

The fairground entrance ticket is not included but will order on your behalf and add cost to your final invoice - Please advise if required.
N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers
 Bookings close on the 1st August 2010. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a non refundable deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 06th January 2010, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
