On arrival at Dusseldorf you will be met by our coach driver and transferred to the 3 star centrally located Grand City Borsenhotel. ( www.grandcity-hotel-duesseldorf-boerse.de ) This recently renovated hotel is only 800m to the main station and Messe Dusseldorf, only 9kms away can be reached by train in 15 minutes. Your 4 day fairground entrance ticket which is included in the tour price, allows the holder to travel free on the Dusseldorf transport system for the duration of the ticket*. The famous Konigsallee is only 400m from the hotel and the Alstadt is 1km away. Buffet breakfast is also included in the tour price.

* The cost of a 4 day season ticket as provided by the SA/German Chamber of Commerce is R1340. Should already have a ticket or have aticket or have made other arrangements, please reduce the tour price by this amount.

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R4200.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

 Bookings close on the 4th March 2012. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 06 January 2012, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
