On arrival, after collecting your baggage you will be met by your coach driver who will transfer you to the 3 star EuroHotel in Erding.(www.ahc-hotels.de)  This delightful 53 roomed hotel is located 50m from the local station. Accommodation has been reserved in either shared twins or single rooms, all with bath/sh, wc,TV, cable TV, as well as a kitchenette and refrigerator. The town of Erding is famous for it's Thermal Spa, as well as the Erdinger Brewery. Munich is a 35 minute rail journey away, and the Fairgrounds are reached by rail in about 35 minutes with one change en-route. Your fairground entrance ticket, which is included in this travel package, can also be used as a rail/bus ticket for the duration of the fair.

Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R3000.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.

N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers


Bookings close on the 15th November 2009. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation all unsold rooms will be released back to the agent/hotel. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel

Exchange Rate prevailing at 10 October 2009 final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
