On arrival, after collecting your baggage please proceed to the exit where your driver will direct you to the private coach which will transfer you to the Novotel Frankfurt Niederrad (www.novotel.com) This 4 star, 191 roomed hotel is located to the south of River Main, in the business district of Frankfurt, and is only 5 km from the main station, fairgrounds and city centre. The hotel offers 113 non smoking rooms, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, indoor pool, saunas and steam bath, as well as a wide variety of Internet and WLAN connections.

The local “S” Bahn station is a short walk away, and the rail journey to Frankfurt only 4 minutes, and Messe 14 minutes. As with all our tours, we include the fairground entrance ticket in the price, and this ticket can be used for free travel on the Frankfurt transport system for the duration of the fair. The well known entertainment area, and old part of Frankfurt, called Sachsenhausen is minutes away at the next tram stop.

Your fairground entrance ticket, which is included in your package can be used as a transport ticket on the Frankfurt rail/bus system.

  • Passengers wishing to extend their stay in Germany, or return from a different city may do so, subject to availability, and subject to appropriate additional fares and taxes.
Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R2900.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.
N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers

 Bookings close on the 25th July 2010. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a non refundable deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 30th March 2010, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
