On arrival you will be met by our driver and transferred by private coach to the 2star Ibis Hotel Frankfurt -Offenbach. This popular brand of hotel is part of the Accor group. the hotel rooms affer all facilities, and is conveniently located only 600m from an "S" Bahn station, with a 10min rail journey into Frankfurt. The Fairground is only 8km away. Another benefit to this loaction, is the famous entertainment area known as Sachsenhausen which is only 4km away. Buffet breakfast is provided. Please note, your fairground entrance ticket can also be used as a rail ticket.

  • Passengers wishing to extend their stay in Germany, or return from a different city may do so, subject to availability, and subject to appropriate additional fares and taxes.
Due to the constant fluctuation of Airport departure taxes and Fuel surcharges these have been excluded from our tour cost. At the time of preparing this tour taxes and surcharges were approximately R2900.00 per ticket. The exact amount will be added to the final invoice when tour balance is due, usually 6 weeks before departure.
N.B. No refunds given to passengers not utilizing airport transfers

 Bookings close on the 26th June 2010. Due to severe demand for hotel accommodation, all unsold rooms will be released back to our agent. Reservations after this date will be requested on an adhoc basis, and will incur a late booking fee of R250 per reservation whether confirmed or not, and must be paid in advance. No reservation will be confirmed until a completed booking form and a non refundable deposit of R2000 is received by Trade Fair Travel.

Exchange Rates prevailing at 30th March 2010, final tour costs will be recalculated when balance due.
