PACKAGES TO THE PASSION PLAY 2010
We offer packages for performances on Friday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday in 13 different accommodation categories. You can choose between staying overnight in a luxurious hotel on in a lovingly furnished private room. The accommodation is situated in Oberammergau, in the region of the Ammergau Alps or in the nearby surroundings. On arrival at your accommodation you will be given your admission ticket to the Passion Play, an informative programme book with the text of the Passion Play and an admission ticket to visit the Oberammergau Museum. Your physical well-being will also be taken care of. Before the play begins an ample meal awaits you, and during the interval from 5.00pm to 8.00pm you will enjoy the best of Oberammergau gastromomy during dinner. We offer our guests a free transfer service in Oberammergau and the nearby villages.
THE FOLLOWING PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE TO CHOOSE FROM:
1 – NIGHT PACKAGE DAY OF PERFORMANCE: FRIDAY
For Friday performances a one-night package is offered. Arrivals are Friday morning before 12 o clock. You will be served a brunch or lunch in your hotel/guesthouse or a nearby restaurant. After the meal transfer to the Passion Play in Oberammergau, if you are not accommodated in the village. The passion Play begins at 2.30pm. you will be served dinner during the 3- hour interval in a restaurant in Oberammergau. At the end of the play, at around 10.30pm, you will return to your accommodation. Departure is after breakfast on Saturday.

ADVANCED BOOKING FEE
2-NIGHT PACKAGE DAYS OF PERFORMANCES: SUNDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY
For Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday performances we offer a two night package. We also offer this package for Saturday, 2nd October. In all cases, you arrive the day before the performance. The package begins with dinner in the place of your accommodation. In the morning of the day of your performance you are free to do as you wish. Use the time for a leisurely stroll through the village of Oberammergau or a visit to the local sights such as the Oberammergau museum, the Pilatus house or the Roman Catholic Parish church of St. Peter and Paul. Lunch will be served in Oberammergau before the play begins and dinner during the interval. You will leave the next day after breakfast.

ADVANCE BOOKING FEE
ADMISSION TICKETS WITHOUT A PACKAGE DAY OF PERFORMANCE: SATURDAY
On Saturdays and on Friday, 1st October and Sunday, 3rd October, admission tickets are on sale without a package. These are intended for our guests who can reach Oberammergau conveniently in a day’s journey. The advance sale of tickets without a package begins in spring 2009.

| BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS | ||||||
| 1. a) | ||||||
| All Oberammergau packages include a non-refundable booking fee of € 40, | ||||||
| 1. b) | ||||||
| Upon acceptance of our tour quotation, a deposit reflecting 10% of the requested Oberammergau package. | ||||||
| For these bookings an additional 15% of the Oberammergau package is due by July 1, 2008 | ||||||
| Bookings made after July 1, 2008 will require a deposit of 25% of the Oberammergau package and € 100 per person for the land portion | ||||||
| Payment must be made by EFT in SA Rand -NO cash payments accepted. You are responsible for all transfer charges. | ||||||

| 1.c) | ||||||
| The full payment of the Oberammergau package plus R1500 deposit per person for the land tour arrangement must reach our office not later the August 1, 2009 for | ||||||
| packages booked up to and after that date. | ||||||
| 1. d) | ||||||
| An additional deposit of R3000pp for land tour arrangements is due in our office no later than 6 months prior to arrival. | ||||||
| 1. e) | ||||||
| Full prepayment of land arrangement is due in our office 90 days prior to arrival. | ||||||
| CANCELLATIONS | ||||||
| Oberammergau Packages: | ||||||
| Once tickets have been requested on behalf of our client, tickets can not be returned. | ||||||
| Therefore, all Packages are subject to cancellation fees. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and are valid from date of receipt in our office. | ||||||
| Cancellations must be received on a Bavarian working day during official business hours Monday to Friday 17.00 hrs CET. It is the client's responsibility to | ||||||
| make sure that communication in received by our office. | ||||||
| 2. a) Cancellation changes for Passion Play Packages: | ||||||
| When written cancellation is received: | ||||||
| -up to 200 days prior to performance: 20% of the total package. | ||||||
| -up to 160 days prior to performance: 25% of the total package. | ||||||
| -up to 100 days prior to performance: 30% of the total package. | ||||||
| -less than 100 days prior to performance: 90% of total package. | ||||||
| If the package can be resold, the refund will be 40 percent less the booking fee of €20, The original package documents (if sent to you) must be returned | ||||||
| to us before the package can be resold. | ||||||
| 2. b) Cancellation changes for Land Packages: | ||||||
| In most cases, the last cancellation deadline for land arrangements is 90 days prior arrival. Exact details concerning land arrangements can be found in | ||||||
| individual tour offer. | ||||||
| A cancellation fee of 10% will be levied by Trade Fair Travel on all cancelled bookings IMPORTANT:- We strongly recommend that all travellers take out sufficient medical/travel insurance to cover for such eventualities. SA Passport holders will require a Shengen Visa to partake of one of the tours. Full details on request. | ||||||

| - Very few single rooms are available. There is no guarantee that single rooms will be allocated with the confirmed arrangements. | ||||||
| - Accommodation will be in Oberammergau and/or the Oberammergau Area. | ||||||
| - Oberammergau does not offer complimentary packages for bus drivers, escorts, etc. | ||||||
